Track Your Order

Every BNT Shoes order is trackable from the moment it leaves our facility.

1. Check your SMS and email

When your parcel is handed to the courier, we send your tracking number and the courier name to the phone number and email address on your order. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.

2. Track with the courier

Enter the tracking number on your courier partner's website. The courier name is written in your dispatch message.

3. Ask us directly

The fastest option. Send your order number to us and we will check the live status for you.

Delivery timeline

Dispatch takes 1 to 2 business days. Total delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. If it has been longer than that, contact us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

Courier could not reach you?

Our courier attempts delivery three times. Keep the phone number on your order switched on and reachable. If you miss a call, ring us and we will reschedule.
