How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and delivered in 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You can also pay in advance by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
How do I know which size to order?
Use our Size Guide. Measure your foot in centimetres and match it to the chart. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.
Can I exchange if the size does not fit?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the shoes are unworn and in the original box. See Returns and Exchanges.
Are the shoes original / good quality?
Every pair is inspected before dispatch. If you receive anything faulty, send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it.
How do I track my order?
You will get an SMS and email with a tracking number once your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also check on our Track Your Order page.
Do you deliver to small towns and villages?
Yes, wherever our courier partners operate. Remote areas may take 1 to 2 extra days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Call 0306-6018822 as soon as possible.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
We do. Email support@bntshoes.com with the quantity and models you need and we will send a quote.
