These terms govern your use of bntshoes.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

BNT Shoes is a footwear retailer operating in Pakistan. Contact: support@bntshoes.com, 0306-6018822.

2. Orders

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract only once we confirm dispatch. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

4. Product information

We photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screen settings can change how colours appear. Minor variation between the photo and the delivered item is not a defect.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruption, weather, strikes or events outside our control.

7. Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns and Exchanges policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with the site's operation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the BNT Shoes name, logo, product photography and copy, belongs to BNT Shoes and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
