We ship across Pakistan. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are picked, checked and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day.
Delivery time
3 to 5 business days from the day your order is placed, for all major cities and most towns. Remote areas such as Gilgit-Baltistan, interior Balochistan and parts of AJK can take 1 to 2 days longer.

Shipping charges
- Flat rate delivery charges apply nationwide and are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
- Prepaid orders are dispatched on priority.
Tracking
Once your parcel leaves our facility you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier name. You can also reply to that message and we will check the status for you.
Failed or refused deliveries
Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable. If a Cash on Delivery parcel is refused without reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
